Detrack Solustion ("we", "us", or "our") provides Detrack Solustion (the "App"), a GPS vehicle tracking application for authorized customers. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses and processes, why it is necessary, and how users can contact us about privacy matters.

2. Information We Process

The App does not collect personal information from the user's phone for advertising or marketing purposes. To operate the service, the following limited information is processed:

• Account authentication and session information: login credentials submitted for authentication, session identifiers or authentication tokens, and the account permissions needed to keep users signed in and display their authorized vehicles. Session information is used for authentication, maintaining the session, security, and personalizing the user's access within the App.
• GPS tracking information: the App retrieves and displays information supplied by GPS tracking devices associated with the customer's account, which may include vehicle coordinates, location history, timestamps, speed, heading, and device status. This information originates from the GPS tracking service and its registered tracking devices, not from tracking the user's phone location.

The App does not request access to the user's contacts, SMS, call history, microphone recordings, or personal photos for its core GPS tracking features. The App does not collect the phone's precise location for GPS vehicle tracking.

3. How We Use Information

We process the information described above only to:

• Verify that a user is authorized to access the service.
• Maintain secure login sessions and remember account-specific access preferences.
• Display current and historical GPS information for vehicles assigned to the account.
• Protect access to the service and support its reliable operation.

We do not use session information or vehicle GPS data to serve targeted advertisements, create advertising profiles, or sell user information.

4. Disclosure and Sharing

We do not sell user information or disclose session information or vehicle GPS data to advertisers or unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Vehicle information is accessible only to accounts granted permission by the GPS tracking service. We may disclose information where required by applicable law or a valid legal process.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account sessions and GPS tracking information against unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. Access to tracking information is controlled through account authentication and permissions. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Retention and Deletion

Session information is retained only for as long as needed to maintain authentication and the service, and sessions may end when the user signs out or the session expires. GPS tracking records are retained according to the customer's tracking service arrangement and operational requirements. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or de-identified according to the applicable retention process, except where retention is legally required.

The App is intended for existing customers and does not offer public self-registration. Customers can request account closure, session invalidation, or deletion of eligible account-related information using the contact details below. We will review requests, verify authorization where necessary, and explain if specific records must be retained for lawful or legitimate service-related reasons.

The App is intended for customers using GPS vehicle tracking services and is not directed to children.
